International Program Analyst

You will support market entries, platform migrations, and cross-area product programmes from initial scoping through go-live, working closely with Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, and Legal &amp; Compliance to ensure our programmes are clearly scoped, well-coordinated, and delivered with the right level of quality and stakeholder confidence. <p><strong>What the role involves</strong></p> <p><em>Execution</em></p> <ul> <li>Own scoping from intake through sign-off, translating regulatory, technical and business inputs into clear requirements — from high-level planning through to detailed specifications for backlog shaping.</li> <li>Produce documentation for market entries and platform migrations, partnering with Commercial, Legal, Compliance and Technical Compliance to ensure requirements support compliance and product development.</li> <li>Partner with product and engineering leads to ensure programme scope is fully understood and balanced against delivery timelines.</li> <li>Maintain accurate scoping and decision documentation, capturing changes, risks and rationale to support programme governance and audit expectations.</li> </ul> <p><em>Collaboration</em></p> <ul> <li>Develop strong working relationships across Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, Legal, Security, AML and Technical Compliance teams.</li> <li>Set clear expectations with stakeholders and communicate progress, priorities and outcomes effectively.</li> <li>Keep workstreams aligned and coordinated, escalating risks and blockers as needed.</li> </ul> <p><em>Vision &amp; Strategy</em></p> <ul> <li>Align programme work with the organisation's broader strategic direction.</li> <li>Build deep knowledge of our platforms and products to identify scope gaps and define scope for new market launches and programmes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Solid experience in a business, programme or analyst role within a regulated industry.</li> <li>Strong familiarity with sports betting and gaming regulations, or the ability to build this knowledge quickly.</li> <li>Proven ability to turn regulatory and technical requirements alongside business needs into clear, actionable scope and documentation.</li> <li>Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders from inside and outside the organisation.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Strong time-management and organisational abilities, comfortable handling multiple workstreams and programmes at once.</li> <li>Proficiency in English, written and verbal.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with platform migrations, market entries, or other complex, multi-workstream technical programmes.</li> <li>Familiarity with Jira and/or Notion.</li> <li>Experience developing visual processes (e.g. process mapping).</li> <li>Experience managing scope boundaries and change control.</li> <li>Understanding of technology and agile development methodologies.</li> <li>Experience contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Medical / Health Insurance</li> <li>Open Annual Leave</li> <li>Employee Assistance Programme</li> <li>Training &amp; Learning Development</li> </ul> <p>Additional benefits vary by country and will be shared during the hiring process.</p> </div> </div> <div>&nbsp;</div> </div> <div> <div> <div> <div>&nbsp;</div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div> <div>&nbsp;</div> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>About Super</strong></p> <p>We are a global technology group, dedicated to building the future of entertainment and fan-centric experiences.
