Description

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, data entry, call center, administrative support, or a related field 
  • Up to 10% travel as needed 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver excellent candidate and stakeholder service 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate tasks in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proven ability to build and maintain productive working relationships through strong interpersonal skills  
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail 
  • Demonstrated ability to think proactively and take initiative to resolve issues and improve processes 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and standard business systems 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship   
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification   
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position   

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese language  
  • Experience supporting talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or staffing processes 
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, or career site platforms 
  • Experience coordinating interviews, candidate travel, or onboarding activities 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, events, or administrative programs with strong attention to detail 
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of generative AI tools and effectively leverages them to support research, analysis, content creation, and problem-solving. Apply critical thinking to validate AI-generated outputs while adhering to organizational policies for responsible AI use, data privacy, and security

About the Job 

The Recruiting Representative supports a variety of recruiting, administrative, and project-based activities within the International Talent Acquisition organization. This role helps deliver an efficient and positive candidate experience by coordinating hiring activities, managing job postings, supporting interview logistics, and responding to recruiting-related inquiries. The position partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates around the world to ensure a smooth hiring process while maintaining accurate records and supporting recruiting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys organization, collaboration, and candidate-focused service. 

Core Accountabilities / Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate candidate scheduling throughout the hiring process, including virtual and in-person interviews, travel arrangements, and preboarding transactions when required. 
  • Coordinate global background check clearances, ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements and timely completion of hiring activities. 
  • Maintain and update job postings across career sites and recruiting platforms, ensuring content remains current and accurate. 
  • Respond to candidate and internal stakeholder inquiries regarding application status, recruiting processes, and hiring activities. 
  • Support interview management activities, including logistics coordination and communication of candidate feedback. 
  • Prepare and distribute new hire documentation and communicate required next steps to candidates and hiring managers. 
  • Source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for a variety of positions as needed. 
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records, reports, and compliance-related documentation, including applicable employment statistics. 
  • Support recruiting events, recruiting projects, and partnerships with corporate or operational hiring teams to meet workforce needs. 

The base pay range for this role is $53,960.00 to $70,334.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
