<p>The Partnerships Analytics &amp; Reporting Intern will support the Revenue Strategy &amp; Operations team with data organization, reporting, insights, and recurring partner-facing or internal reporting needs. This role is intended for a candidate with interest in analytics, business intelligence, data organization, and storytelling through reporting. The candidate should also have a strong interest in exploring different verticals across the organization and be excited to gain exposure to the business side of sports, media, partnerships, events, and revenue operations.</p> <p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support ongoing partnership, ticketing, merchandise, and media reporting needs.</li> <li>Help organize, clean, and structure data for internal and external reporting.</li> <li>Assist with weekly and ad hoc reports across partner activity, inventory, revenue, and event performance.</li> <li>Support ticket reporting and merchandise reporting needs across key events.</li> <li>Help translate raw data into clear summaries, tables, and topline insights.</li> <li>Assist with deck and slide formatting where reporting outputs need to be presented internally or externally.</li> <li>Conduct weekly market research to support partnership strategy, prospecting, and category insights.</li> <li>Support internal tracking documents and reporting workflows to improve visibility across the team.</li> <li>Assist with general team tasks, and project support as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Potential Projects</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build or improve recurring merchandise reporting templates.</li> <li>Assist with market research reports across priority categories, brands, or industries.</li> <li>Support ticket reporting for key events, including the US Open.</li> <li>Assist with Digideck implementation, including content organization, asset uploads, and sales material updates.</li> <li>Support Sponsor CX implementation by helping organize partner-facing materials, workflows, and internal tracking.</li> <li>Help organize reporting inputs for partner recaps and commercial dashboards.</li> <li>Help create streamlined reporting processes for recurring team use.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile</strong></p> <ul> <li>Interested in analytics, reporting, business operations, sports business, media, or partnerships.</li> <li>Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data sets, and presentation materials.</li> <li>Detail-oriented and organized.</li> <li>Able to identify patterns, summarize information clearly, and communicate insights simply.</li> <li>Comfortable balancing recurring tasks with ad-hoc project-based work.</li> <li>Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar tools. Bonus if the candidate has previous experience in CRM tools such as Salesforce or SponsorCX.&nbsp;</li> <li>Self-starter able to work independently while being a team player. Willingness to ask questions.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Program Type:</strong> Paid Summer Internship</p> <p><strong>Duration:</strong> 6โ€“12 weeks, depending on timing of hire, business needs, and candidate availability. Start and end dates will remain flexible to account for college term schedules.</p> <p><strong>Eligibility:</strong> Candidates must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
