DHL Express Italy, a world-leading company in express transport and logistics services and part of DHL Group, recognized as a Great Place To Work, is looking for a candidate for the Customer Service Management department within the Pricing, Tender & Yield Control team, based at the Innovation Campus in Peschiera Borromeo (MI).

WHAT WE OFFER?

The opportunity to experience the organizational logic and dynamics of a department focused on supporting business development, working alongside the Pricing Team.
A 6-month full-time internship with a monthly allowance of €800 gross plus meal vouchers.
Company shuttle service from Milan (Milano Rogoredo, Lambrate, and Segrate stations).

WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?

Implementing tariff management processes in close collaboration with Regional Pricing
Analyzing customer loyalty to align with express traffic profiles (Promotion and Shipment to profile)
Generating reporting related to offers
Analyzing and monitoring field-implemented offers
Managing authorization workflows for creating customer quotes and offers

YOUR PROFILE

A candidate with a strong interest in deepening their knowledge of the Pricing world, an analytical mindset, numerical data analysis skills, and an excellent knowledge of Excel and English.

Experience and skills

Degree, preferably in Economics or Statistics
Advanced knowledge of Excel (Access is a plus)
Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Key traits: Flexibility, autonomy, decision-making skills, organizational capability, and teamwork
