<p><strong>Opportunity Overview</strong></p>
<p>As an Inventory Analyst Intern, you will work alongside the Global Operations team supporting inventory planning, analytics, and optimization initiatives. This internship provides hands-on exposure to supply chain management, inventory analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration in a global manufacturing environment. You will help analyze inventory trends, support process improvements, and contribute to projects that drive operational efficiency.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Support inventory modeling and forecasting activities by analyzing current business conditions, product lifecycles, and inventory requirements.</li>
<li>Assist with identifying and reconciling gaps between inventory models and actual inventory levels.</li>
<li>Help develop reports and presentations highlighting inventory trends, risks, and opportunities.</li>
<li>Support inventory reduction initiatives through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Assist in developing inventory optimization models to determine appropriate inventory levels based on business requirements.</li>
<li>Participate in the Excess & Obsolete inventory review process by analyzing inventory balances, supply chain data, and demand forecasts.</li>
<li>Support product allocation activities by maintaining component allocation data for new and existing products.</li>
<li>Perform data analysis related to inventory scrap reviews and historical shipment trends.</li>
<li>Assist with customer material return reviews and disposition tracking.</li>
<li>Support consignment and aging material reviews by validating inventory data and claims.</li>
<li>Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on operations processes, reporting, and analytical tools.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Demand Management, Supply Chain, and Global Service teams on various projects and initiatives.</li>

<li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Interest in inventory management, supply chain operations, and business analytics.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li>
<li>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.</li>
<li>Experience with data visualization, ERP systems, Oracle, or Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro is a plus.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.</li>

<p><strong>Compensation:</strong><br>The base hourly range for this role is $25.50-$47.00. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.</p>
