Inventory Analyst – Korea

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As an Inventory Analyst at Arc’teryx, you will own inventory targets and optimization for your assigned country, monitoring positions, distribution centers, and channels and bringing the analytical clarity that keeps inventory efficient and service levels protected. You will track KPIs, flag imbalances proactively, investigate root causes of stockouts and overstocks, and bring clear recommendations that help regions make smarter inventory decisions. This is a role for someone who is rigorous with data and comfortable operating across a complex multichannel environment.

This role is based out of our Korea office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Korea.

Inventory Planning aligns inventory strategy with business priorities to ensure product is available where and when it is needed across the marketplace. The team develops inventory policies and lifecycle strategies, manages the inventory plan, and partners cross-functionally to identify vendor requirements and address supply gaps. By balancing inventory health, product availability, and evolving business needs, Inventory Planning helps drive consistency, efficiency, and responsiveness across the supply chain.
