About the Role

We are looking for a sophisticated Investment Advisor & Market Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) and Institutional clients, translating complex market opportunities into tailored, compliant, and actionable investment strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


Holistic Investment Advisory & Product Architecture

  • Bespoke Strategy & Product Creation: Develop and execute tailored investment strategies covering Digital Assets (Blue Chips, Altcoins) and Tokenized Assets (RWAs). Lead the structuring and conceptualization of sophisticated, financial multi-asset products.
  • Asset Allocation: Provide expert guidance on portfolio diversification, analyzing correlations between crypto and traditional markets to recommend timely rebalancing.
  • Yield Optimization: Evaluate DeFi and yield-generating opportunities (Staking, Lending) while maintaining a strict focus on technical security and risk-reward ratios.


Quantitative Research & AI-Driven Analytics

  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced quantitative data, data aggregation techniques, and interactive data visualization tools to analyze market trends and portfolio performance.
  • AI Workflow Integration: Leverage cutting-edge AI models (with a strong preference for Claude) to accelerate internal research, automate data processing, and build proprietary analytical frameworks.
  • Actionable Intelligence: Act as a bridge between high-level research and client execution, leveraging a strong background as a researcher/analyst to filter market "noise" and identify long-term structural value.
  • Trend Scouting: Identify and evaluate emerging narratives (Layer-2s, AI tokens, RWAs) through both on-chain metrics and macroeconomic analysis.

Regulatory Adherence & Compliance (MiCA Focus)

  • Suitability Reporting: Generate and document mandatory Suitability Statements for all recommendations, as per the risk profile of each client, in accordance  with MiCA requirements , and applicable CySEC guidelines  
  • Risk Management: Ensure transparent communication regarding volatility, liquidity, and the specific technological risks of digital assets.


Client Relationship Management

  • Trust & Retention: Build and nurture long-term relationships through exceptional service, data-backed reporting, and regular, high-touch performance reviews.


Requirements:


Education & Certification

  • Required: University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Mandatory: CySEC Advanced Certificate.
  • Preferred: CFA, CAIA, or specialized crypto designations (e.g., CDAA, CBP).


Professional Expertise

  • Digital Asset Native: A long-term personal and professional track record in digital assets, with a deep, intuitive understanding of crypto-native culture, market cycles, and on-chain mechanics.
  • Analytical Background: 3–5 years of experience in an Analyst, Quantitative, Research, or Investment Advisory role within Wealth Management, Crypto Funds, or Fintech.
  • Product Fluency: Proven experience or deep theoretical knowledge in building and structuring financial multi-asset products.
  • Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with quantitative data aggregation, data visualization tools, and a strong proficiency in prompting/building workflows with AI tools (Claude preferred).
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Solid grasp of the MiCA framework and its practical implications for investment advice.

  • Analytical Sharpness: Proven ability to synthesize complex on-chain data with macroeconomic trends.
  • Integrity: A strong ethical compass and a fiduciary-first mindset.
  • Communication: Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
