This individual will join an active, top-performing origination team and provide support through financial analysis and underwriting, loan request and investment report preparation, due diligence, transaction closings, and other production-related responsibilities.  Northmarq does not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. Collect loan quotes, creating detailed quote matrices for distribution to the borrower. The starting base salary range for the Investment Analyst position is $67,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually, plus annual bonus eligibility and full benefits offered.
