</div><div><p>Senior Finance Analyst – IT & Digital is responsible for providing financial governance and operational support for IT & Digital projects. This role manages project budgets, oversees vendor and contract (SOW) management, handles project cross charges, and ensures effective lifecycle management of software licenses. The position acts as a key business partner to IT project managers, procurement, finance controllers, and external vendors.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Your responsibilities</H2>
</div><div><p>• Develop, track, and manage annual and project level IT & Digital budgets. <br>• Monitor actuals vs. forecast, analyse variances, and drive corrective actions. <br>• Ensure timely financial reporting and cost allocation aligned with Finance policies. <br>• Support month-end and quarter-end closure activities related to IT spend. <br>• Provide financial insights to enable decision making and cost optimization<br>• Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, coordination, and performance oversight. <br>• Review SOWs for commercial accuracy, rate validation, deliverables, and alignment with budget. <br>• Coordinate with Procurement and Legal to ensure timely execution of contracts. <br>• Track vendor invoices, validate against SOWs, and ensure timely payments. <br>• Maintain a repository of vendor contracts, extensions, and renewals<br>• Own the cross charge framework for IT & Digital projects, including allocation methodologies. <br>• Ensure accurate and timely recharge of project costs to business units or functions. <br>• Work with Finance Business Partners to ensure transparency and alignment of allocations. <br>• Validate cost centre mapping, accruals, and capitalization of projects wherever applicable<br>• Track software license inventory, usage, renewals, and compliance status. <br>• Identify optimization opportunities (unused licenses, consolidation, cost reductions). <br>• Maintain up-to-date records of license agreements, entitlements, and vendor SLAs.<br>• Support IT Project Managers with financial planning, risk assessment <br>• Ensure all financial processes comply with internal controls and audit requirements. <br>• Prepare dashboards and KPIs for leadership visibility. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">The experience we're looking for</H2>
</div><div><p>• CA or bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting <br>• 5–8 years of experience in Finance, ideally supporting IT, Digital, or Technology functions. <br>• Experience managing project budgets, vendor contracts, and cross charges<br>• Strong understanding of IT commercial models (SOWs, time & material, fixed price, licenses). <br>Functional Skills<br>• Hands-on experience with SAP, Ariba, or similar ERP/Procurement systems. <br>• Good knowledge of software licensing models (SaaS, subscription, enterprise licenses). <br>• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and financial modelling<br>• Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO modules preferred) for budgeting, cost tracking, purchase orders, and vendor invoice validation. <br>• Blackline end user knowledge for reconciliations, month end activities, and compliance tracking.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">The skills for success</H2>
