And because our work spans so many different businesses, from Research and Product Development to Sales, you'll keep learning exciting new approaches.</div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">About the role</H2> </div><div><p>As an IAM engineer you’ll support BAU operations and project to provide and continuously improve our Single Sign On &amp; Directory services controls and services </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Your responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Provide expert consultancy to BAU IAM operations team, other IT teams and Projects from the wider business. </li> <li>Provide technical oversight for IAM resources from Reckitt’s managed service partner to assure high quality technical implementations and control operation. </li> <li>Analyze current Active Directory and Entra ID environment to identify both technical and operational challenges and develop solutions for improvement </li> <li>Support IT incident investigations to minimise impact, resume service, identify root cause and implement steps to avoid recurrence. </li> <li>Input to the Directory services roadmaps and prioritisation to optimise control, service and user experience delivery. </li> <li>Develop, implement, monitor and improve Directory services and processes. </li> <li>Find issues and opportunities to continuously improve IAM services, controls and tooling. Taking ownership of driving delivery of these initiatives. </li> <li>Collaborate with the business and IT to advocate IAM controls and to support system owners in improving their compliance. </li> <li>Work with the Identity architect to develop target state architecture and solution designs. </li> <li>Configure and develop existing Directory services toolsets to maintain and improve capability and functionality.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">The experience we're looking for</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Min 4 years of Active Directory experience that includes designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise level Active Directory solutions. </li> <li>Min 4 years of Entra ID experience that includes designing, implementing, and maintaining Entra ID for a global organisation. </li> <li>Experience on Okta/Entra ID with both external &amp; workforce users. </li> <li>Onboarding and administration of SAML 2.0, Oauth and OIDC SSO applications and users to the organisation’s SSO tool. </li> <li>Strong understanding of Active Directory &amp; LDAP. </li> <li>Detailed hands-on technical experience of Okta, Entra ID and Active Directory </li> <li>Desirable - Powershell scrpitng and SQL knowledge.  </li> <li>Experience of working with internal stakeholders, 3rd parties and managed service providers to deliver outstanding Identity solutions. </li> <li>A keen eye for detail and ability to quickly understand complex problems and deliver innovative solutions. </li> <li>A willingness to speak up and challenge the status quo to proactively help the organisation move forward </li> <li>A pragmatic attitude to focus on progress over perfection, iteratively improving security controls and services. </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">The skills for success</H2> </div><div><p>OKTA,ENTRAID,ENTRA ID,SSO</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">What we offer</H2> </div><div>With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
