Wilson, NC and Salt Lake City, UT.</li> <li>Working closely with the wider (global and Local) IT&D teams to ensure releases are coordinated and requirements assessment from an end-to-end process perspective.</li> <li>Lead demand management and prioritisation activities, translating business requirements into clear technology initiatives and delivery plans.</li> <li>Champion an ACAP(<span>As common as possible)</span>-first approach, promoting standardised and scalable solutions while balancing local business requirements.</li> <li>Drive simplification of the technology landscape by reducing duplication, retiring obsolete solutions, and improving the overall user experience.</li> <li>Partner with Employee Experience teams to ensure effective IT service management across the NAC (<span>North america)</span> R&D organisation, including incident, request, and escalation management.</li> <li>Act as a trusted technology advisor to the business, building strong stakeholder relationships and providing visibility of priorities, risks, and delivery outcomes.</li> <li>Maintains a working relationship with selected vendors/suppliers involved in the delivery of development, testing, and support service </li> </ul> <p>Business Analysis & Solution Delivery </p> <ul> <li>Lead regional requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution evaluation activities, translating business needs into business cases, functional requirements, user stories, and prioritised delivery backlogs.</li> <li>Partner with global product teams, architects, regional IT&D teams (IMEX), vendors, and delivery partners to successfully deliver, adopt, and realize value from technology solutions.</li> <li>Support Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies while ensuring solutions align with business objectives and enterprise standards. </li> </ul> <p>Cybersecurity, Compliance & Governance </p> <ul> <li>Act as the primary IT&D point of contact for cybersecurity, compliance, risk, and technology governance across the NAC <span>(North america)</span> R&D organisation.</li> <li>Identify and manage regional cyber and technology resilience risks, driving awareness within R&D site and IT leadership of site-specific threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation plans.</li> <li>Ensure technology solutions are aligned with enterprise security, architecture, governance, cyber teams and compliance requirements.</li> <li>Partner with Global IT&D, Employee Experience, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to maintain a secure and resilient technology environment. </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">The experience we're looking for</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Degree qualification in science or IT subject, or life science background or related discipline.</li> <li>Strong business domain knowledge and business acumen, familiar with IT standards and controls.</li> <li>Ideally 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, IT&D, Digital Transformation, Technology Consulting, or significant experience working within or alongside R&D organisations.</li> <li>Experience supporting R&D, laboratory, scientific, quality, or regulated business environments is highly desirable.</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.</li> <li>Experience with Reckitts demands process, driving technology roadmaps, and prioritisation processes.</li> <li>Experience supporting technology projects and Knowledge of service management, eg. change and incident management for applications change initiatives.</li> <li>Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.</li> <li>Proven expertise in analyzing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies.</li> <li>Abreast of latest technology trends and the opportunities/risks they present to the business domain.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of software engineering, data management, information risk, security guidelines, and architecture standards </li> <li>Certification in any of the following is preferred;
