The Infrastructure Analyst is the liaison working with global teams responsible for maintaining the availability of production systems through proactive network management and production system support.</span></p> <p> </p> <p style="margin-top:0.0pt;margin-bottom:0.0pt"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Main Responsibilities</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Collaborating with network staff, communications staff/vendors, and data center personnel on a day-to-day basis to negotiate service levels, manage servers, and ensure the timely resolution of issues.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Maintaining global or regional communications, standards, and documentation and overseeing review of subsidiary network standards.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Support Global Teams to implement WAN/LAN strategy, upgrades and outage recovery.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Support Global Teams for server hardware/software upgrade projects and outage recovery. </span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Planning and executing routine backup / disaster recovery for the network and servers.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Raising critical project issues (e.g., design, cost, quality, timeframe, and resources) and actively seeking resolution with parties outside the immediate team.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Manages maintenance contracts for active equipment (servers, storage, routers, switches, etc.)</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Coordinates with vendors and global teams any required configuration change, new implementation, replacement, etc, out of business hours and operation;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Coordinates with the IT Infrastructure Manager any new project proposal, budget and timing required;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Participates in audit process and ensure that Colgate Global Standards are in place</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Support implementation of global IT projects locally</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Support the Manufacturing Team in planning/implementing manufacturing projects according to Colgate Standards.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p style="margin-top:0.0pt;margin-bottom:0.0pt"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Required Qualifications:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">A minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business. </span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Proven experience in IT area</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Fluency in English. </span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Should be a good communicator to be able to coordinate with different partners</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Should be ready to tackle additional challenges in the Workspace One, Tanium, Intune, SCCM &amp;
