Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or Engineering.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">At least 2 years of experience in IT roles implementing projects explicitly related to supply chain or manufacturing processes.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Demonstrated technical experience in the design, configuration, deployment, and support of SAP, non-SAP, Cloud, or SaaS solutions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Functional IT knowledge or design/configuration experience in specific SAP modules, including Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM), or Quality Management (QM).</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Comprehensive knowledge of project implementation methodologies such as Agile, ASAP, SCRUM, or Waterfall.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Professional bilingual proficiency with fluent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.</span></li> </ul> Data warehousing, SAP Fiori Elements, or low-code/no-code tools like Retool.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Technical understanding or debugging capabilities in SAP ABAP, alongside exposure to systems integration between SAP and non-SAP systems (On-premise and SaaS).</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Proven IT project management knowledge and experience leading technical implementations.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations, technologies, individuals, and cultures, aligning
