Support Infrastructure needs for BIMIT solutions, based on the BIMIT Framework.<br>•    Communicate technical information: Clearly and concisely explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences including top executives.<br>•    Document systems and processes: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.<br>•    Compliance and Security: Support Security team initiatives, comply standard TEIS Policy (TEC-06-88 Global Information Technology Policy) and Support Audits.<br>•    Asset management: Maintain IT asset inventory</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong><br>•    Technical expertise: Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, databases, and operating systems.<br>•    Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to identify root causes of problems and develop effective solutions.<br>•    Communication skills: Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and engage with users and stakeholders.<br>•    Problem-solving abilities: Ability to diagnose issues, develop solutions, and implement changes in IT Standard systems and applications.<br>•    Project management skills: Ability to manage IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring in your region or site location.<br>•    Teamwork and collaboration: Ability to work effectively with other TEIS teams, towers and stakeholders.<br>•    Languages (Latin America): Fluid in English oral and written.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong><br>•    Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is often preferred, but relevant experience can also be a substitute.<br>•    Experience: 2-4 years of experience.
