The SAP Enterprise Health and Safety Delivery organization provides SAP IT services to Health and Safety, including strategic technology planning, roadmap development, solution design, solution delivery, and solution support. <h2 style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal;font-size:16.0pt;font-family:'Aptos Display', sans-serif;color:#0f4761;font-weight:normal"> Position Summary The IT SAP EHSM (Environmental Health & Safety Management) Functional Analyst, Expert is responsible for developing and supporting IT solutions for Health and Safety business functions. This role is expected to be well-versed in all phases of the software lifecycle—business process analysis, systems analysis, blueprinting, configuration, development oversight, testing, cutover preparation, end-user training, go-live activities, and post go-live support. The role works closely with functional and technical experts and external consultants to design and enhance SAP EHSM capabilities and related applications, ensuring best practices are implemented and business value is realized. The position also requires familiarity with delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Agile/SAFe, and SAP Activate. </h2> PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be around the minimum and the midpoint $128,000 - $173,000. The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
