IT Support Analyst

<p>We are looking for <strong>a data-driven FP&amp;A Specialist </strong>who combines strong financial analysis capabilities with modern analytical, business intelligence, and automation skills. This role goes beyond traditional budgeting and reporting and requires an individual <strong>who can transform financial and operational data into </strong>actionable business insights, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the digital transformation of finance processes.</p> <p>The ideal candidate demonstrates strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, data literacy, and an interest in leveraging business intelligence tools, databases, and AI-enabled analytics to improve planning, forecasting, and decision support.</p> <h3><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Support budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecasts and plan vs. actual performance analysis.</li> <li>Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business performance drivers.</li> <li>Prepare management reports, financial models, and KPI analysis to support decision-making and financial strategy.</li> <li>Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated analytics using BI tools and financial systems.</li> <li>Extract, validate, and analyze data from ERP systems, databases, and multiple business sources to improve reporting quality and efficiency.</li> <li>Contribute to process improvements, reporting automation, and the use of AI-enabled tools to enhance FP&amp;A efficiency and insights.</li> <li>Partner with finance and business stakeholders to provide actionable recommendations and support strategic initiatives.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.</li> <li>Fluent English (B2+); German is a plus</li> <li>4+ years of experience in FP&amp;A, controlling, finance, or business analytics.</li> <li>Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.</li> <li>Experience working in international and multi-entity business environments with exposure to group reporting and cross-functional collaboration.</li> <li>Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.</li> <li>Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools (preferably Microsoft Power BI).</li> <li>Basic SQL and experience working with financial systems, ERP, or databases are an advantage.</li> </ul>
