About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who has a strong back-end foundation and solid front-end development experience to join our growing engineering team.

In today's AI-driven software landscape, we believe great engineers are not limited by a single tech stack. What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable back-end services and microservices.
Build and enhance front-end applications using modern frameworks to deliver seamless user experiences.
Optimize system performance, scalability, and security across the application stack.
Contribute to data engineering initiatives, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data modeling.
Prototype and evaluate emerging technologies and AI-assisted development tools.
Participate in architecture discussions and help drive technical decisions.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
Champion engineering best practices, including clean code, automated testing, and CI/CD.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Data Engineers, and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies as business needs evolve.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in software engineering.
Strong back-end development experience using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, and database management.
Solid experience with at least one modern front-end framework such as:
- React
- Vue.js
- Next.js
Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Understanding of CI/CD practices and modern software development workflows.
Experience collaborating in Agile development environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with data engineering concepts, including:
- ETL processes
- Data pipelines
- Data modeling
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as:
- GitHub Copilot
- ChatGPT
- Cursor
- Claude
Exposure to DevOps and infrastructure automation.
