We are looking for a Mid Data Analyst (Analytics Specialist) to act as the bridge between partner data and business decision-making. This professional will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights through dashboards, KPI definition, exploratory analysis, and data storytelling.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, consistency, and strategic value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and translate business requirements into analytical solutions and dashboard specifications.

  • Design, develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using BI tools.

  • Define, document, and govern KPIs and business metrics, maintaining a reliable metrics dictionary.

  • Perform exploratory and ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.

  • Generate actionable insights and present findings through clear and compelling data storytelling.

  • Validate data from a business perspective and work closely with Data Engineering teams to improve data quality and reliability.

  • Enable self-service analytics by creating intuitive dashboards and supporting business users with documentation and guidance.

  • Continuously improve analytical processes, visualizations, and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics Specialist.

  • Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

  • Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms, including dashboard design, DAX/calculated fields, and performance optimization.

  • Experience with exploratory data analysis (EDA) and pattern recognition.

  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, complex formulas, Power Query).

  • Strong business understanding, with the ability to validate results using business logic and identify data quality issues.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting insights to non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

  • A strong understanding of dimensional modeling and ETL/ELT flows is desirable, with the ability to work in partnership with Data Engineering teams to ensure scalable, consistent analytical structures suitable for BI consumption
  • English communication skills advanced. ( written, read and listening )

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analysis and automation.

  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts, including dimensional modeling and Star Schema.

  • Experience with data documentation, data dictionaries, and metadata management.

  • Experience working with partner/vendor data or B2B analytics environments.

  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or Notion for requirements and documentation management.

  • Experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices and dashboard UX principles.

  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, marketplace, supply chain, or logistics analytics.

  • Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or related BI tools.

  • Experience with data storytelling and executive presentations.
