What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple systems and sources.
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, presentations, and analyses.
Monitor key metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, operational reporting, workforce planning, or other department-specific analytical activities.
Conduct research and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
Validate data accuracy and perform reconciliations and quality control reviews.
Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.
Develop and maintain reports, procedures, and documentation.
Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Communicate findings and recommendations to management and business partners.
Support compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
Relevant internships, co-op experience, or related coursework may be considered in lieu of professional experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collect, interpret, and summarize data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Strong customer service and collaboration skills.
