What You'll Do
Conduct Strategic Market & Financial Analysis:
Deliver critical intelligence on international banking sectors, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments to guide strategic planning.
Analyze the financial performance and health of potential acquisition targets by dissecting their financial statements.
Build and maintain financial models and analytical tools in Excel to support investment valuation and decision-making.
Synthesize research and data into clear, concise analytical reports for senior stakeholders.
Support High-Impact Strategic Projects:
Craft compelling presentations in PowerPoint that translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior management.
Assist in the end-to-end M&A process, from initial screening to participating in due diligence and preparing investment memorandums.
Track the progress of key strategic initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are informed of milestones and developments.
Engage with senior team members to support the execution of cross-border transactions and strategic partnerships.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
6โ12 months of experience in a relevant field such as financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
Fundamental understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet) and core analysis principles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
Fluency in English is required; intermediate proficiency in Russian is a plus.
