Junior Billing Analyst

We believe that today's talent represents tomorrow's global leaders, and we are eager to boost your future! We have an incredible opportunity for you! We are seeking a Junior Billing Analyst to join our team. Based in Poços de Caldas (MG), you will report to the Logistics Coordinator.
You will be responsible for:
- Issuing tax invoices, bills, shipment documents, and other legal paperwork related to the inbound and outbound movement of goods, merchandise, or resources, in compliance with regulations and the specific type of operation.
- Verifying the order backlog for products to be billed, checking details such as type, quantity, and value.
- Generating packing lists for export materials.
- Monitoring changes in tax procedures—tracking updates to federal, state, and municipal legislation and internal guidelines—and adjusting company processes accordingly, while also providing guidance to the departments involved in the workflow.
- Recording tax invoices and other legal documents in official records and specialized systems.
- Creating sales orders for scrap, raw materials, and semi-finished goods for billing purposes.
- Managing product and material inventory in SAP, analyzing slow-moving items, and reporting findings to the planning team.
- Holding daily meetings with the Inside Sales team to align on sales orders scheduled for billing.
- Preparing the monthly shipping plan in collaboration with the billing and operations teams, analyzing the order backlog and S&OP data.
- Participating in the development and implementation of logistics alternatives aimed at optimizing shipping processes, meeting deadlines, and reducing costs.
- Conducting research and studies—including guiding project groups and comparing freight costs—to identify the best transportation options for raw materials, products, and various other materials. • Identify route synergies to minimize freight costs.
- Develop logistics KPIs and provide monthly reports to management.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a professional with the following qualifications and attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics and transport distribution (preferred);
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred);
- Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred);
- Knowledge of BI systems (preferred);
- Knowledge of S&OP;
- Knowledge of distribution, raw material supply, and process control.
