Junior Business Analyst Digital Analytics (m/f/d) 100%

The role

  • This role will help us turn data into actionable insights for our digital business. As part of our central Data & Analytics team within Commercial Excellence, you will work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and country teams to support data-driven decision-making. Together with our Senior Business Analyst, you will focus on analytical depth β€” building self-service reporting capabilities for the business, delivering deep-dive analyses, and ensuring continuity through technical backup competencies.

  • Marketing Performance Analytics: analysis and reporting of digital campaigns and web performance, including providing data foundations for A/B testing (e.g. for conversion optimization)

  • Insights generation: actionable recommendations for digital touchpoints based on data analyses (e.g. customer behavior, market price dynamics)

  • Building self-service reporting capabilities for marketing, e-commerce, and country teams β€” enabling business stakeholders to access data independently

  • Conducting deep-dive analyses for business stakeholders to support strategic and operational decisions

  • Further development of our reporting infrastructure (Power BI / Google Data Studio) β€” building, maintaining, and consolidating KPI dashboards

  • Building working knowledge of our tracking setup (GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking) to ensure team resilience and continuity β€” a secondary but valued part of the role

  • Close collaboration with international country teams, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, and IT β€” translating data into decisions relevant to the business

Your profile

  • Analytical mindset β€” ability to translate data into recommendations for action and communicate insights to different stakeholder groups and business partners (from operational to strategic level)

  • Confident in presenting analytical results to business stakeholders β€” turning complex data into clear, decision-relevant narratives

  • Experience in the digital marketing environment (performance marketing, campaign tracking)

  • Confident handling of data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI or Google Data Studio)

  • Basic technical understanding of data engineering and data warehouse (DWH) concepts is a plus

  • Experience in web analytics (Google Analytics 4, GTM) is a plus

  • Pragmatic, structured, and self-driven working style

  • Fluent in English and German
