Business Analyst Intern – Cognizant Consulting, Stockholm 2026

Are you eager to explore the world of consulting and understand how organizations use data to drive smarter decisions? At Cognizant Consulting, you will work alongside experienced professionals and gain real exposure to client‑focused projects. This internship offers valuable learning opportunities designed to build your skills and hands‑on experience.

As part of our Stockholm team, you’ll engage with both business and technology topics, support project activities, and learn how digital transformation happens in practice. You’ll collaborate with consultants, analysts, developers, and technical experts in a dynamic, international environment where curiosity and critical thinking are encouraged.

Your Role and Key Responsibilities

Throughout the internship, you’ll take part in real assignments that support our clients’ business and data needs, as well as contribute to internal development efforts.

Essential responsibilities include

  • Gathering and documenting business and data requirements from internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Supporting data collection, cleansing, validation, and basic analytical tasks
  • Contributing to the creation of reports, dashboards, and visualizations
  • Participating in and supporting workshops and working sessions

What You Bring

You are a motivated student or recent graduate eager to learn and take on responsibilities in a real consulting environment.

We would like to see

  • Enrollment in last semester or recent completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or similar fields
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Interest in consulting, business transformation, and data‑driven decision‑making
  • Basic experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional, multicultural teams

Location & Working Model

This internship is based in our Stockholm location, where you will collaborate with experienced Cognizant associates in a hybrid setup that combines on‑site and remote work as needed.

Internship Details

This is a 3‑month unpaid internship, starting in March 2026. You’ll gain practical experience, exposure to client‑facing work, and access to Cognizant’s learning and development resources — all designed to help you build a strong foundation for a future career in consulting or analytics.
