As Junior Finance Analyst, you will support the Finance Controller Iberia in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful business analysis, and robust financial controls. You will work closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams, helping transform data into actionable business insights.

Key Priorities

1. Deliver Reliable Financial Reporting and Analysis

  • Support monthly closing activities and reporting processes.

  • Prepare recurring financial reports and performance dashboards.

  • Analyze revenue, margins, operating expenses, and key business KPIs.

  • Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Ensure financial information is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.

2. Support Business Planning and Decision-Making

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

  • Provide data-driven analysis to support commercial and operational decisions.

  • Participate in profitability and cost analysis projects.

  • Support the preparation of presentations and financial reviews for management.

3. Strengthen Financial Controls and Process Efficiency

  • Help maintain compliance with company policies and financial controls.

  • Support audits and internal control activities.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify reporting and improve processes.

  • Contribute to finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months

  • Consistently delivers accurate monthly reports within agreed deadlines.

  • Becomes a trusted source of financial data and analysis for Iberia stakeholders.

  • Contributes to forecasting accuracy and improved visibility of business performance.

  • Identifies and implements reporting or process improvements that save time and increase efficiency.

  • Develops a strong understanding of Videojet's business model, products, and financial drivers.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field

  • 1–3 years of relevant finance experience (FP&A, Controlling, Audit, or Accounting)

  • Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills

  • Experience with Power BI and ERP systems is a plus (Power BI, SAP, Oracle, or alike)

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders

  • Proactive team player who is open to learning & development

  • Strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills

Trabajarás estrechamente con los equipos de Finanzas, Ventas, Atención al Cliente y Operaciones, ayudando a transformar los datos en conocimientos empresariales accionables. Prioridades clave 1.
