What the day will look like Support the preparation of monthly reporting packages, including actuals, variance analysis and commentary against budget and forecast. Support month-end closing activities including monitoring of accruals, invoice payments, prepayments and re-classes. Assist in the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles by collecting, consolidating and validating financial data. Maintain and update financial models, trackers and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data. Perform reconciliations and investigate variances, escalating anomalies to senior analysts and managers. Partner with stakeholders across regions to gather inputs, respond to ad hoc queries and support decision-making. Contribute to process improvement, standardisation and automation initiatives, including the adoption of digital and AI-enabled tools. Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOPs and reporting deadlines. Work EMEA hours, with a preferred start time between 12:00PM and 1:00PM local time. How this opportunity is different As a Junior Financial Analyst (FP&A), you will support the month end close, budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities for one of our cost or business functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious early-career finance professional to build strong analytical foundations, gain exposure to international stakeholders, and grow within a collaborative, high-performing team. Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a finance, accounting or analytical role including internships. Strong graduates are welcome to apply. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data handling). Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Fluent English, both written and spoken, for daily work with international stakeholders. Well organized, proactive,and able to manage multiple priorities against deadlines. Exposure to FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting or management reporting. Familiarity with BI and planning tools (e.g., Power BI, Workday Adaptive Planning, TM1) or a willingness to learn them. Interest in automation and AI-enabled ways of working (e.g. Power Query, Copilot, macros/VBA). Professional qualification in progress (e.g CGMA, CFA, ACCA) is an advantage.
