Junior Investment Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Investment Analyst to join our dynamic team to support deal teams across underwriting, financial modelling, and portfolio analysis for NPL/REO and direct real estate transactions in the Greek and broader SEE market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain underwriting models for individual real estate assets and portfolios (cash flow, exit, IRR/MoIC analysis)
  • Conduct property-level due diligence: valuation review, market comparables, title/legal status checks alongside external counsel
  • Support investment committee materials and investor-facing documentation
  • Assist with data analysis across large asset portfolios (REO/NPL databases)
  • Liaise with appraisers, legal advisors, and banks on live transactions
  • Contribute to market research and sector analysis (residential, commercial, hospitality)
  • Support senior team members across live transactions, asset management workstreams, and strategic initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years’ experience in real estate valuations, underwriting, appraisal, or transaction advisory
  • Strong Excel modelling skills; familiarity with DCF, comparables, capitalisation approaches
  • Solid grasp of valuation methods and key real estate metrics
  • Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering (Surveying), or related field
  • Familiarity with asset management concepts including business plan monitoring, capex tracking, hold/sell analysis, and asset-level reporting
  • Excellent Greek and English; written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, comfortable working with large datasets
  • Strong communication skills, ability to multi-task, ownership and self-motivation
  • CFA/RICS progress or interest a plus, not required
