Hybrid model: 3 days in the office
We are looking for a Junior Master Data Analyst who will support the creation, maintenance, and governance of master data across enterprise systems. The role involves performing transactional and analytical activities to ensure accurate setup of new records, updates to existing records, and identification of obsolete or duplicate records for deactivation or removal. As the role is part of a transition environment, hands-on experience in transition or migration projects is considered a valuable asset.

Responsibilities
Support the creation, update, and maintenance of master data records in ERP and related systems.
Validate data accuracy and completeness by following established procedures and guidelines.
Assist in identifying duplicate, outdated, or inconsistent records and support data cleanup activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure smooth business operations.
Apply standard naming conventions, classifications, and data governance rules.
Participate in regular data quality checks and audits to maintain reliable information.
Support process improvement, transition, and migration activities as required.
Relevant professional experience in the Master Data Management field
Education degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or equivalent qualification
First Transition experience would be an asset
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP or equivalent ERP tools
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience in a Shared Service Center, outsourcing, or similar environment is a strong advantage
