Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for developing and operating key overseas data center clients, achieving annual sales targets and key project implementation targets.
2. Focus on Hyperscaler, Colo, AI infrastructure customers, as well as ecosystem customers such as EPC and system integrators, promoting the introduction of temperature control products and comprehensive solutions.
3. Deeply understand customer needs in refrigeration architecture, power density, liquid/air cooling configurations, energy efficiency, redundancy levels, and reliability, driving solution matching and project transformation.
4. Lead the business advancement, client communication, price negotiations, contract signing, and order implementation of key projects, promoting closed-loop management from business opportunities to payment collection.
5. Coordinate internal resources such as technical, delivery, after-sales, product, legal, and regional teams to ensure the smooth execution of key projects.
6. Continuously maintain customer relationships, track customer lifecycles, and drive renewals, expansions, and multi-category sales opportunities.
7. Based on client and project situations, accumulate customer maps, project opportunities, competitive information, and industry trends to support platform business expansion.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, energy power, electrical, automation, mechatronics, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of sales experience in data center, HVAC temperature control, central air conditioning, liquid cooling, or related industries.
3. Experience in client development with Hyperscaler, Colo, AI Infra, EPC, or large system integrators is preferred.
4. Familiar with data center refrigeration system architecture, familiar with high-density computing power, liquid-cooled CDU, air/water cooling application scenarios.
5. Strong ability to develop clients, business negotiations, and project advancement, able to independently drive the implementation of key clients and key projects.
6. Strong cross-departmental collaboration and resource integration skills, able to work efficiently with sales, technical, delivery, and customer teams.
7. English can be used as the working language, supporting overseas client communication, business communication, and cross-regional collaboration; Overseas local employment may be suitable for overseas business trips.
Priority conditions:
1. Experience with clients such as Google, Microsoft, AWS, Meta, Oracle, OpenAI, NVIDIA is preferred.
2. Candidates with experience in selling integrated solutions for both primary and secondary sides are preferred.
3. Experience in service consultants, EPCs, general contractors, or large integrator projects is preferred.
4. Candidates with sales experience in liquid cooling, CDU, air walls, fan walls, precision air conditioning, or large cold stations are preferred.
