KYC/KYI/KYS Analyst with English
Job Description
The activities of KYC/KYI/KYS. team member are various and may include:
- Company risk analysis as part of the KYC/ KYS/ KYI investigation process including screening activities
- Collect KY documents for a range of different transactions and relevant counterparties related to corporate business
- Assess information and documents obtained and conclude its completeness and reliability
- Processes the different types of requests received from the clients per E-mail or directly in the Ticketing Tools
- Participates in the creation / update of KY Standard Operating Procedures used by the SSC operational teams
- Participates in trainings and takes part in the transition process when required
- Offers continuous support and back-up to team members for processes and tools utilized
- Any other activities required by the business need of the country served

- Good oral and written expression and comprehension in all required languages
- Fast Knowledge Transfer and Steep Learning curve
- Knowledge of know your customer/ supplier/ intermediary processes is a plus
Experience:
- Graduated or first practical experiences on the job in a comparable role
- Experience in Credit Insurance industry or financial services preferred
- Experience in an international environment and/ or Shared Service Center preferred
Languages:
- Fluent in English (CEFR – Level B2 - C1)
IT:
- Computer and internet affinity, good technical understanding
- Ease regarding the work with varying software, applications and systems different from product to product
- Professional Microsoft Office skills, esp. MS Excel and MS Word
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or other relevant field
