You will also record data in compliance with company and regulatory policies and standards to meet quality and accuracy requirements. Several opportunities are available within a few departments. Primary responsibilities will include: Analytical Chemistry: <ul type="disc"> <li>Carry out different techniques for analyzing substances to test, allowing for identification and quantification as well as verification of various parameters;</li> <li>Work in collaboration with scientific staff;</li> <li>Perform these analyses using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and spectrometry.</li> </ul> Bioanalysis: <ul type="disc"> <li>Perform technical analyses using various extraction techniques (protein precipitation extraction, solid-phase extraction) and LC-MS/MS to quantify molecules of interest;</li> <li>Handle and analyze biological samples;</li> <li>Validate sample analysis in a multidisciplinary lab using a variety of extraction techniques, manual tests, automated equipment, and analytical instruments;</li> <li>Work closely with the scientific team.</li> </ul> Genetic Toxicology: <ul type="disc"> <li>Perform the following techniques:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>Bacterial Mutation Test (BMT)</li> <li>Chromosome Aberration Test (CAT)</li> <li>InVitro Micronucleus (IVM)</li> <li>Mammalian Cell Mutation Test (MCM)</li> <li>Micronucleus Test (MNT), Comet Assay</li> <li>Cytotoxicity Test and Mode of Action Assay (MOA)</li> </ul> <li>Analysis of bacterial or cell cultures; manipulation of animal organs;</li> <li>GLP-compliant collection and processing of analytical data;</li> <li>Documentation of activities and data processing;</li> <li>Work in collaboration with scientific staff.</li> </ul> Immunotoxicology: <ul> <li>Perform sample analysis work using various assays and techniques such as ELISA, ECL, Cell Culture, PBMC extraction, Luminex, ELISPOT, and Flow Cytometry; </li> <li>You will also perform data analysis to determine if results are within expectations; all in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). </li> </ul> Immunogénicité: <ul type="disc"> <li>Performing various immunoassays and enzyme assays on multiple platforms including antibody assay by ELISA and Electrochemiluminescence (ECL);</li> <li>Performing cell culture as well as bioassays, protein purification, dialysis, and labelling.
