Responsibilities The Opportunity This role provides enterprise leadership for the end‑to‑end Supply Chain digital agenda, consolidating initiatives across Agro, Manufacturing, Logistics, and WFM to drive sustained business performance. Owns the Supply Chain digital portfolio from a business outcomes perspective, leading execution through PMOs, ensuring disciplined value realization, and embedding digital ways of working aligned with Motor+ culture. The role is accountable for investment and CAPEX governance, partnering with COEs and Finance to define requirements, timelines, success criteria, and value assumptions, while driving change management and frontline adoption. Acts as the primary Supply Chain business integrator for digital initiatives, partnering with S&T for execution transparency without owning technology delivery. Your Impact As LATAM Supply Chain Digital Capability & Modernization, Director your scope would consist of Consolidate and govern the E2E Supply Chain digital agenda, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and value delivery. Own the Supply Chain digital portfolio, providing executive visibility on progress, risks, and value realization (COGS, service, productivity, working capital). Lead and manage Supply Chain PMOs to ensure disciplined execution, dependency management, and delivery rigor. Partner with COEs and Finance to support CAPEX definition and investment governance, including scope, timelines, success criteria, and business cases. Define and standardize digital routines and ways of working, embedded into Motor+ daily management systems. Lead change management and adoption, monitoring tool adoption and maturity to ensure sustained impact. Chair the Supply Chain Digital Council, driving governance and cross‑sector alignment. Serve as the primary Supply Chain interface with S&T, ensuring demand clarity and benefits tracking via ServiceNow (no ownership of technology development). Build and sustain a Supply Chain digital capability bench, including talent development and succession. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Digital Transformation, or Productivity within complex, multinational environments. Proven track record leading large-scale E2E transformations in Supply Chain. Expertise in digital supply chain and automation transformation journey. Demonstrated success delivering large-scale productivity and value realization agendas. Strong understanding of financial governance, KPI management, and benefits realization in matrixed organizations. Value-Centric Leadership: Relentless focus on measurable impact, not just technology deployment. Change & Culture Leadership: Proven ability to shift mindsets, behaviors, and ways of working at scale.
