Lead Analyst

Key Responsibilities Support month-end activities including journal entries, GL reviews, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Work together with various departments (Accounting, FP&A, Tax) to assist with reporting needs and address financial questions. Manage day-to-day treasury operations including cash monitoring, payment processing, and coordination with banking partners to ensure timely and accurate transactions. Assist in managing cash positioning, liquidity tracking, and intercompany funding requirements. Prepare and maintain treasury reports and basic variance analysis, highlighting key observations to collaborators. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps in workflows and assisting in automation or standardization efforts. Maintain bank master data, payment templates, and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Qualifications Qualified CA with 4– 5 years of relevant experience in treasury operations or corporate finance Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with ability to handle treasury-related issues Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/OneStream) and treasury platforms (e.g., Kyriba), along with advanced Excel skills Demonstrated adaptability and continuous improvement mindset, with ability to identify process gaps and support operational efficiency Shift Time - 5.30 PM - 2.30 AM Additional Information At Principal Financial Group, we foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment that empowers each team member to excel.
