Position Summary

The Lead Analyst, Business Product Owner (BPO) supports the BPO organization by serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders, sales and contracting teams, and technology partners. This role is responsible for analyzing business needs, monitoring operational performance, supporting tool enablement initiatives, and driving continuous improvement efforts across contracting and sales enablement processes.

The successful candidate will combine analytical expertise, business acumen, and strong collaboration skills to support strategic initiatives, optimize system performance, and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Primary Responsibilities

· Support the planning, execution, and delivery of complex business enablement assignments and projects.

· Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.

· Develop and maintain performance reporting and KPI dashboards used to monitor tool adoption, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes.

· Serve as a liaison between BPO, business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to facilitate communication and issue resolution.

· Compile, integrate, analyze, and evaluate data related to tool performance, system utilization, and operational metrics.

· Independently manage multiple small to medium-sized initiatives while contributing to larger strategic programs led by Business Product Owner Advisor.

· Assist with operational support activities including troubleshooting, issue management, root cause analysis, and end-user support.

· Evaluate and apply standard and complex analytical techniques to solve business problems and improve processes.

· Leverage business knowledge and professional expertise to design and recommend enablement solutions that support organizational objectives.

· Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, document business needs, and support solution implementation.

· Lead special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.

Required Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED

· Experience supporting business operations, business analysis, product ownership, process improvement, or system enablement activities.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively.

· Experience developing reports, dashboards, metrics, and KPI measurements.

· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functional teams.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

· Experience supporting contract lifecycle management (CLM), sales enablement, Salesforce, Conga, or related enterprise platforms.

· Knowledge of Agile methodologies, product management practices, or project management frameworks.

· Experience working with healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or managed care organizations.

· Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you will help drive operational efficiency and business value by delivering actionable insights, supporting platform adoption, improving business processes, and ensuring Sales and Contracting teams have the tools, data, and capabilities needed to successfully serve internal and external customers.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 77,400 - 129,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
