You will partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into clear documentation, and lead the delivery of solutions from concept to implementation. The role encompasses business analysis, project leadership, testing, user training, and ongoing support, ensuring that systems and processes effectively meet business needs. You will also lead small-scale projects and contribute to the successful execution of strategic change initiatives within the Markets function.</div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Lead business analysis activities for strategic Markets pricing, valuation, and risk management initiatives.</li> <li>Partner with stakeholders across Trading, Market Risk, Finance, and Technology to gather, analyse, challenge, and document business requirements.</li> <li>Support the re-platforming and modernization of Markets platforms, processes, and analytical capabilities.</li> <li>Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and prototypes.</li> <li>Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, managing dependencies and facilitating collaboration across multiple workstreams.</li> <li>Work closely with technology teams to design and deliver scalable solutions that meet business objectives.</li> <li>Develop and enhance dashboards, management information, reports, and data visualisations to support risk monitoring and decision-making.</li> <li>Support testing, user acceptance activities, and successful implementation of new functionality and system releases.</li> <li>Provide subject matter expertise across Markets products and risk management processes.</li> <li>Drive stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption activities to ensure successful business outcomes.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Skills and Experience</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>5–10 years of experience in Business Analysis within front office risk, market risk or product control technology.</li> <li>Strong understanding of financial markets, banking technology, and risk management processes.</li> <li>Experience working with financial products, including derivatives across one or more asset classes.</li> <li>Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.</li> <li>Experience leading small to medium-sized technology or change initiatives within Front Office or Middle Office functions.</li> <li>Strong project delivery skills with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.</li> <li>Experience coordinating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li> <li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.</li> <li>Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with Risk Managers, Finance teams, Operations, and Technology stakeholders.</li> <li>Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments and partnering closely with development teams.</li> <li>Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to drive requirements, facilitate discussions, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About Standard Chartered</b></H2> </div><div><p>We're an international bank, nimble enough to act, big enough for impact.
