We work side by side with our clients, challenging what’s not working and helping them to build the</p> <p><strong>About the role&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Hands-on delivery engineers working under the Architect to execute the migration. Responsible for building and fixing data pipelines, resolving technical debt, and getting the platform to a stable, production-ready state.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Design, build, and optimise data pipelines on the AWS stack</li> <li>Report logic discovery and mapping, standards, technical direction for the reports track.</li> <li>Drives AI-assisted extraction of business logic from the SSRS estate into a usable logic map.&nbsp;</li> <li>Identify and resolve existing technical debt in the migration</li> <li>Work collaboratively with the client's engineering team to transfer knowledge</li> <li>Contribute to stabilising the platform and hitting delivery milestones</li> <li>Support the Architect in defining and implementing the target state</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li>AWS data stack: S3, Glue, Redshift, Lake Formation</li> <li>Hands on with agentic coding tools (Claude Code / Cursor)</li> <li>Lakehouse patterns and architecture</li> <li>Python and SQL — strong proficiency</li> <li>Experience in regulated or high-volume data environments</li> <li>Betting and gaming domain knowledge is required&nbsp;</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h3 id="What-we’ll-offer-you:" data-renderer-start-pos="8044"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">What we’ll offer you:</strong></h3> <p>We trust people to do their best work.
