This position works on-site in Miami, Florida. Position Summary: The Lead, Cost Optimization & Strategic Initiatives is responsible for leading Brand-wide cost optimization, strategic initiatives, and PMO activities across all brand operations, relevant shared service areas, and cross-functional stakeholders, impacting both shoreside and shipboard activities. This role drives transformational change through process optimization, cost efficiency, revenue enhancement, organizational redesign, and integration initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. The position manages high‑profile, multi‑departmental initiatives, ensures disciplined project execution, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
