The ideal candidate will own the measurement, analysis, and optimization of our marketing initiatives with a particular focus on paid media campaigns across traditional and digital channels. You will work closely with marketing teams and agencies to ensure our marketing investments are delivering maximum impact through data-driven decision-making, leveraging marketing data to influence strategy and deliver measurable results. </span></p>

<li style="times new roman', times, sans-serif"><span style="times new roman', times, sans-serif">Continuously monitor media and advertising campaign performance including campaign structure, media selection, and creative performance; leverage findings to optimize marketing spend.</span></li>
<li style="times new roman', times, sans-serif"><span style="times new roman', times, sans-serif">Ensure data accuracy, maintain data quality standards, and troubleshoot tracking issues across analytics platforms.</span></li>
<li style="times new roman', times, sans-serif"><span style="times new roman', times, sans-serif">Partner with marketing operations to integrate data across marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools.</span></li>
<li style="times new roman', times, sans-serif"><span style="times new roman', times, sans-serif">Collaborate with media and marketing teams (including agencies and internal stakeholders) to provide insights that inform campaign strategy, targeting, budgeting, and overall marketing direction.</span></li>
<li style="times new roman', times, sans-serif"><span style="times new roman', times, sans-serif">Partner with cross-functional marketing analysts (e.g., eCommerce, customer marketing, content) to understand interdependencies and the overall impact of various marketing initiatives.</span></li>
<li style="times new roman', times, sans-serif"><span style="times new roman', times, sans-serif">Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and platform-specific dashboards to create comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders.</span></li>
<li style="times new roman', times, sans-serif"><span style="times new roman', times, sans-serif">Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and areas of underperformance across marketing initiatives.</span></li>

Connect with eCommerce and other teams to determine appropriate tagging structures and data architecture.</span></li>
<li style="times new roman', times, sans-serif"><span style="times new roman', times, sans-serif">Support A/B testing and experimentation efforts to improve messaging, audience targeting, creative, and bidding strategies.</span></li>

<li style="times new roman', times, sans-serif"><span style="times new roman', times, sans-serif">Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field.</span></li>
<li style="times new roman', times, sans-serif"><span style="times new roman', times, sans-serif">6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing analytics, or paid media analytics.</span></li>
<li style="times new roman', times, sans-serif"><span style="times new roman', times, sans-serif">Expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Excel.</span></li>
<li style="times new roman', times, sans-serif"><span style="times new roman', times, sans-serif">Proficiency with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, programmatic platforms).</span></li>
<li style="times new roman', times, sans-serif"><span style="times new roman', times, sans-serif">Solid understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and multi-channel attribution.</span></li>
<li style="times new roman', times, sans-serif"><span style="times new roman', times, sans-serif">Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</span></li>
<li style="times new roman', times, sans-serif"><span style="times new roman', times, sans-serif">Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations and strategic discussions.</span></li>
