<p></p> <p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Lead Technical Business Analyst</p> <p><strong>Key Skills:</strong> Business Analysis, Insurance Domain, Data Modeling, Data Profiling, APIs, Databricks, Power BI, SQL, Data Warehousing, Analytics</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong> 8+ years of experience.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, Bolivia.</p> <p><strong>Mode:</strong> Remote.</p> <p>We at Coforge are hiring <strong>Lead Technical Business Analyst (#22149)</strong> with the following skill set.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>· Lead business analysis activities for insurance data platforms, defining business rules, financial logic, and data requirements for enterprise reporting and analytics.</p> <p>· Perform hands-on data profiling, source analysis, and data quality assessments, partnering with Data Engineering teams to improve ingestion and transformation processes.</p> <p>· Design and validate conceptual and logical data models that support reporting, reconciliation, historical analysis, API enablement, and self-service analytics.</p> <p>· Collaborate with business, BI, and platform teams to define semantic layers, KPIs, and data products while supporting the migration from legacy reporting solutions to modern Databricks and Power BI platforms.</p> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p> <p>· 8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst working with enterprise data platforms.</p> <p>· Strong experience within the insurance industry, including policy, claims, underwriting, customer, billing, or payments data.</p> <p>· Hands-on experience performing data profiling, source analysis, reconciliation, and data quality assessments.</p> <p>· Strong understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and Data Warehousing concepts.</p> <p>· Experience defining business rules, KPIs, semantic layers, and analytics requirements.</p> <p>· Experience working with SQL and collaborating closely with Data Engineering teams on ETL/ELT and transformation logic.</p> <p>· Familiarity with Databricks, Lakehouse architectures, and modern cloud-based analytics platforms.</p> <p>· Experience supporting API-driven data services and designing data for low-latency consumption.</p> <p>· Experience working with Power BI or similar Business Intelligence platforms.</p> <p>· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.</p> <p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p> <p>· Experience with dbt and modern data transformation frameworks.</p> <p>· Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Azure.</p> <p>· Experience supporting enterprise data migration and modernization initiatives.</p> <p>· Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.</p> <p>· Experience enabling self-service analytics and enterprise reporting solutions.</p> <p>Posted On: 07-07-2026</p> <p>At Coforge, we hire professionals based solely on their skills and qualifications and do not discriminate based on age, disability, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or nationality.</p>
