Lean Analyst

• Drive CI Culture: Lead Lean and Six Sigma (LSS) activities across the factory to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Capability Building: Coordinate, organize, and deliver LSS training programs (e.g., Lean Fundamentals, Yellow Belt, 5S, Kaizen) for factory staff.
• Project Coaching: Support and coach cross-functional teams in applying LSS tools (VSM, Line Balancing, Poka-Yoke, Root Cause Analysis) to execute improvement projects.
• Management Systems: Assist management in deploying operational management systems, developing performance dashboards (KPIs), and tracking/updating Kaizen activities.
• Global Alignment: Partner with the Global ELSS team to align strategies, share best practices, and benchmark external/internal successful models into local operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Continuous Improvement roles.
• Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry (SMT/Assembly) is a strong advantage.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge and practical experience in Lean manufacturing concepts, Six Sigma methodologies, Kaizen, and change management.
• Proficient in English (verbal, reading, and writing) for reporting and working with global teams.
• Fluency in Chinese is a strong plus
• Have strong ability in communication and coordination.
• Have a good attitude and be honest.
• Able to work independently.

• Thúc đẩy văn hóa cải tiến liên tục (CI): Dẫn dắt các hoạt động Lean và Six Sigma (LSS) trong toàn nhà máy nhằm loại bỏ lãng phí, nâng cao hiệu suất và cắt giảm chi phí.
• Nâng cao năng lực: Phối hợp, tổ chức và trực tiếp đào tạo các chương trình LSS (như: Kiến thức Lean cơ bản, Lục biến Hoàng đai/Yellow Belt, 5S, Kaizen) cho đội ngũ nhân viên nhà máy.
• Hướng dẫn dự án: Hỗ trợ và huấn luyện các đội ngũ liên phòng ban áp dụng các công cụ LSS (Sơ đồ chuỗi giá trị - VSM, Cân bằng chuyền, Phòng chống sai lỗi - Poka-Yoke, Phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ) để triển khai các dự án cải tiến.
• Hệ thống quản lý: Hỗ trợ ban giám đốc triển khai các hệ thống quản lý vận hành, xây dựng bảng chỉ số đánh giá hiệu suất (KPIs), đồng thời theo dõi và cập nhật các hoạt động Kaizen.
• Đồng bộ tiêu chuẩn toàn cầu: Hợp tác với đội ngũ ELSS Toàn cầu để thống nhất chiến lược, chia sẻ các giải pháp hiệu quả nhất (best practices) và áp dụng các mô hình thành công trong và ngoài tập đoàn vào vận hành tại VN

• Bằng cấp: Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Cơ khí, Kỹ thuật Điện/Điện tử, Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp hoặc các ngành kỹ thuật liên quan.
• Kinh nghiệm: Có 3 đến 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Kỹ sư Sản xuất hoặc các vai trò về Cải tiến Liên tục (Continuous Improvement).
• Điểm cộng ngành nghề: Có kinh nghiệm trong ngành sản xuất điện tử (công nghệ dán bề mặt SMT/Lắp ráp) là một lợi thế lớn.
• Kỹ năng chuyên môn: Có kiến thức sâu rộng và kinh nghiệm thực tế về các khái niệm sản xuất Tinh gọn (Lean manufacturing), phương pháp Six Sigma, Kaizen và quản trị sự thay đổi (change management).
• Ngoại ngữ (Tiếng Anh):
• Thành thạo tiếng Anh (nghe, nói, đọc, viết) để làm báo cáo và làm việc với các đội ngũ toàn cầu.
• Thành thạo tiếng Trung là một điểm cộng
• Có khả năng giao tiếp và phối hợp tốt.
• Có thái độ tốt và trung thực.
• Có thể làm việc độc lập.
