Learning and Development Analyst 4
- Partner with the Asia Pacific leadership team to understand business priorities and co‑create learning and development strategies that support regional goals.
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve leadership and professional development programs across diverse markets and cultures.
- Lead regional learning initiatives, including leadership development, capability building, and succession‑focused programs.
- Collaborate with global and local HR teams to align regional learning efforts with enterprise frameworks and standards.
- Facilitate workshops, learning sessions, and leadership forums that encourage engagement, reflection, and practical application.
- Use data, feedback, and insights to measure learning effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
- Champion inclusive learning practices that ensure equitable access, participation, and development opportunities across the region.
- Experience in learning and development, talent development, or organizational development, ideally in a regional or multi‑country context.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior leaders and translate business needs into practical learning solutions.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Experience designing or delivering leadership or capability development programs.
- Comfort working across time zones, cultures, and organizational levels.
- Experience supporting Asia Pacific or other geographically diverse regions.
- Exposure to leadership team coaching, strategic workforce development, or succession planning.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and blended learning approaches.
- Experience partnering with global centers of excellence or regional HR leadership teams.
