You'll see the results of your efforts, and so will everyone else.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">If you're someone who believes that investing in people is the smartest thing a company can do, this role was built for you.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="3073" data-local-id="27b6b372-b656-4cc7-b8b5-0181e9f74f92"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li style="line-height: 2;" data-renderer-start-pos="5935" data-local-id="aff5a8dc25d4">Support the design and continuous improvement of the new hire onboarding experience, ensuring employees feel welcomed, informed, and set up for success from day one</li> <li style="line-height: 2;" data-renderer-start-pos="6103" data-local-id="5070b2d797b4">Assist in building and updating training content including presentations, job aids, e-learning modules, and facilitator guides, that is clear, engaging, and aligned with company expectations</li> <li style="line-height: 2;" data-renderer-start-pos="6300" data-local-id="261ab0bb7fdd">Coordinate and help facilitate onboarding sessions, training workshops, and learning events, both in-person and virtual</li> <li style="line-height: 2;" data-renderer-start-pos="6423" data-local-id="e87d6526abe5">Support the development and coordination of manager training programs, including scheduling sessions, preparing materials, tracking participation, and gathering feedback to inform future iterations</li> <li style="line-height: 2;" data-renderer-start-pos="6624" data-local-id="2cf58ea39d85">Assist in maintaining and updating manager training content such as performance management guides, leadership toolkits, and facilitation decks, ensuring materials stay current and relevant</li> <li style="line-height: 2;" data-renderer-start-pos="6819" data-local-id="d494cbac97a2">Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading content, managing learner assignments, and troubleshooting basic user issues</li> <li style="line-height: 2;" data-renderer-start-pos="6977" data-local-id="8c4628fb9995">Track and report on key L&amp;D metrics such as completion rates, assessment scores, and learner feedback to help evaluate program effectiveness</li> <li style="line-height: 2;" data-renderer-start-pos="7121" data-local-id="27124b858b20">Assist in building dashboards or summary reports that communicate L&amp;D impact to People team stakeholders</li> <li style="line-height: 2;" data-renderer-start-pos="7229" data-local-id="ac2a39268f5f">Partner with subject matter experts across the business to gather content and ensure training materials are accurate and up to date</li> <li style="line-height: 2;" data-renderer-start-pos="7364" data-local-id="cba35a1e8319">Support the continuous improvement of L&amp;D processes and documentation, flagging opportunities to streamline or enhance the learner experience</li> </ul> <p data-renderer-start-pos="3167" data-local-id="5b102d9a-5e75-40b3-8f1e-45cd596bc5b8"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Key Competencies&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li style="line-height: 2;" data-renderer-start-pos="7530" data-local-id="700d362ada07">Adaptable and resilient: comfortable navigating shifting priorities and ambiguous situations in a growing company</li> <li style="line-height: 2;" data-renderer-start-pos="7647" data-local-id="5879ce3c9666">Collaborative and candid: willing to ask questions, share honest feedback, and flag when a project may not be moving in the right direction</li> <li style="line-height: 2;" data-renderer-start-pos="7790" data-local-id="1b0ddba410f9">A creative mindset with an interest in developing structured learning paths and processes that can be measured for effectiveness</li> <li style="line-height: 2;" data-renderer-start-pos="7922" data-local-id="e1182ee486d6">Basic understanding of how business goals connect to people programs;
