Job Description:
As a Legal Operations Analyst supporting the Legal, Labor, and Government Affairs Teams, you'll conduct analysis, manage initiatives, and solve business challenges that support informed decision-making across the department. Working at the intersection of administrative operations and strategic consulting, you'll help implement solutions, improve processes, ensure alignment with departmental standards, and serve as a key resource for communication and coordination. This role helps drive efficiency, consistency, and value by ensuring stakeholders have the information, tools, and support needed to achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities
Supports execution by bringing structure, coordination, and momentum to workstreams, ensuring priorities remain organized and on track
Assist with the legal operations technology strategy, from the RFP stage through implementation and maintenance with cross-functional stakeholders including the Legal Department, Technology, and Finance
Supports organizational health efforts by gathering and analyzing employee feedback, engagement data, and operational indicators; identifies trends and contributes to insights that inform team effectiveness and improvement actions
Assist in maintaining data quality for reporting and dashboards through accurate data entry, validation, and ongoing monitoring of data integrity
Support Department initiatives, including the implementation and adoption of legal technology tools, agreements, processes and guidelines to increase efficiency
Assist with training for new processes and tools by supporting material development, session coordination, and user readiness to enable successful adoption
Onboard new law firms to E-Billing platforms; for existing vendors, respond to matter specific questions raised by internal contacts and law firm/vendor stakeholders, including working with Legal and Finance to resolve payment issues.
Support efforts for knowledge management and training for current employees and new hires for internal processes, vendor relationships, and legal technology tools, including through regular communication and training sessions among the Department
Support expense management efforts, conduct expense reviews, and report on costs, savings, and spotting billing trends
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Skilled in verbal and written communication, including organizing and presenting information clearly for reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates
Skilled in developing effective working relationships with business partners and stakeholders to support collaboration and information sharing.
Ability to demonstrate organization, a sense of urgency, and work well under time constraints
Ability to exercise good judgment in handling, researching, and resolving complex compliance issues while keeping all information confidential
Ability to function effectively, proactively and efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Skilled in MSWord, PowerPoint and other information-oriented computer applications to build business presentations and materials
Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
Intermediate level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in:
Using data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards) to enter data, validate data, and analyze trends
Supporting legal operations or similar functions, including vendor coordination, billing/expense tracking, or system administration
Supporting project/workstream execution through coordination, tracking, and stakeholder alignment
Licensing/Certification

Physical Abilities
Ability to perform work duties from limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Other Qualifications
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company information
Must have the flexibility to work extended hours, including occasional weekends, and Company holidays
Pay & Benefits
Competitive market salary from $81,200.00 per year to $90,200.00 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
