Overview:
As Leader CIDB Data Management DACH, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality business data management for contract and equipment processes. You will take ownership of the CIDB system from a business perspective and contribute directly to operational excellence and service delivery across the region.
In this role, you will lead a dedicated team and collaborate closely with IT, Pre-Sales, Business Operations and Service to ensure high data quality, standardized processes, and efficient end-to-end operations. You will also support global stakeholders with your expertise and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the CIDB team in DACH
- Own and drive the business data management process for CIDB (contracts, equipment, locations)
- Ensure continuous data quality through regular checks and improvement initiatives in coordination with IT
- Identify structural data quality issues and define sustainable solutions
- Support and guide business operations (e.g. contract administrators) in complex data updates
- Provide business approval for large mass data updates based on IT tickets
- Coordinate tasks, priorities, and responsibilities within the CIDB team
- Support DACH management with data analysis, reporting, and insights
- Provide support for transition management processes, ensuring standardized and high-quality data
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth end-to-end data processing
- Train and enable the DACH organization on CIDB usage and data quality standards
- Act as trusted advisor for Pre-Sales, Business Operations, and other stakeholders on CIDB-related topics
- Support international teams outside DACH with CIDB expertise when needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data management, preferably in contract and/or equipment management systems
- Strong understanding of CIDB or comparable systems (experience with enterprise data tools is a plus)
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to coordinate and develop teams
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and process optimization
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in German and English

Anforderungen:
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Datenmanagement, idealerweise in Vertrags- und/oder Equipment-Management-Systemen
- Fundiertes Verständnis von CIDB oder vergleichbaren Systemen (Erfahrung mit Enterprise-Daten-Tools von Vorteil)
- Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung sowie Fähigkeit zur Koordination und Weiterentwicklung von Teams
- Stark ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise mit Fokus auf Datenqualität und Prozessoptimierung
- Hervorragende Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management über technische und nicht-technische Teams hinweg
