If you want to be part of this transformation and leave your mark, your place is here.</p> <p>Become Sangue Laranja.</p></div><div> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Managing multi-state MSB licensing and renewal obligations across a complex regulatory footprint with varying state-specific requirements.</li> <li>Ensuring timely and accurate FinCEN MSB registrations, renewals, and amendments.</li> <li>Coordinating licensing and compliance requirements for a large agent/delegate network operating under the company's licenses.</li> <li>Monitoring and interpreting regulatory changes at the federal and state level and translating them into actionable internal requirements.</li> <li>Supporting regulatory examinations, inquiries, and information requests from state regulators and federal authorities.</li> <li>Maintaining accurate, exam-ready documentation and evidence supporting licensing status and regulatory compliance.</li> <li>Balancing business expansion timelines with licensing, approval, and notification requirements.</li> <li>Producing clear, professional documentation and regulatory correspondence in English.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Compliance, or a related field.</li> <li>5 years of experience in MSB licensing, regulatory compliance, or regulatory affairs within a U.S. financial institution, MSB, fintech, or payments company.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with state money transmitter/MSB licensing frameworks and FinCEN MSB registration.</li> <li>Experience supporting regulatory examinations, audits, or supervisory requests.</li> <li>Prior experience with multi-state operations, agent networks, or BaaS/fintech models is a plus.</li> <li>Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) required.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of U.S. MSB regulatory frameworks, including federal and state requirements.</li> <li>Ability to interpret statutes, regulations, and regulatory guidance and translate them into operational requirements.</li> <li>Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to independently manage multiple regulatory deadlines and priorities.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (100% employer-paid coverage available).</li> <li>Company-paid Life Insurance.</li> <li>Company-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage.</li> <li>22 days of paid vacation annually.</li> <li>56 hours of paid sick leave annually.</li> <li>8 hours of paid personal time annually.</li> <li>401(k) retirement plan with up to 5% employer match.</li> <li>Annual Short-Term Incentive (STI) bonus based on individual and company performance.</li> </ul> <div> <h2>Recruitment Process</h2> <ul> <li>Resume review.</li> <li>Initial screening call to discuss qualifications, experience, and role expectations.</li> <li>Interview with the Talent Acquisition team.</li> <li>Interviews with hiring leadership and key stakeholders.</li> <li>Employment offer.</li> </ul> </div> </div>
