Life Operations Support Analyst
* Provides Mgmt with admin support for business continuity plans. This includes an understanding of software tools for plan building and maintenance, in depth knowledge of each depts plans, ongoing colleague training, facilitating Mgmt meetings, and assisting Mgmt in planning and executing Life Div mock disasters
* Provides moderate to complex service to internal and external customers on a variety of Operations teams with varied complexity including International and Domestic Client Service and Premium Accounting, Claims and New Business. Position requires a broad knowledge of Operations dept procedures, admin systems and use of BiLingual skills.
* Assists Director of Operations VP with various ad hoc requests, projects and reports as assigned.
Technical Skills and Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven ability to change and demonstrates openess to ongoing changes
- Experience with PC Windows-based software, Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word), email, Internet browsers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish
- Ability to work on a team, strong interpersonal skills and flexible/adaptable in position
- Ability to manage concurrent projects successfully and to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Proven Critical thinking skills
