Dear CBM Team,

We are excited to announce an internal job opportunity for the position of Litigation Support and Valuations Analyst . This role offers an unique chance for current employees to leverage their skills and experience within our organization. Job Duties

  • Preparation of analysis, calculations and drafting of reports for various litigation and valuation matters, including:
    • Personal injury damage quantification
    • Damage quantification and business valuations for commercial litigation and family law
    • Business valuations for CBM clients
    • Forensic accounting analysis
    • Insurance claim quantification
  • Conducting industry and market research and reviewing case law to keep up with industry trends
  • Communication with lawyers, clients and other professionals
  • Participation in business development activities (attending conferences and events and actively pursuing new clients)
  • Assisting with updates and improvements to templates


Key Qualifications

  • Business or Accounting diploma
  • CPA or CPA Student is an asset
  • Client service experience is considered an asset
  • Interest in pursuing related industry designation (CBV, CFF, etc.)


Core Competencies

  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft 365 (ex, excel, word, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality
