A DAY IN THE LIFE

 

In this role, you will…

 

·          Identify title issues on real estate title products.

·          Create and provide a grade sheet that details title issues on the graded title report.

·          Review recorded documents for accuracy. 

·          Address inquiries from the servicer and internal staff.

Responsibilities

·          Identify and report items that effect title through or after the Loan Modification process on a real estate transaction.

·          Create and provide a grade sheet that details title issues on the graded title report.

·          Address inquiries from the servicer and internal staff.

·          Maintain open communication with management and servicer.

·          Attend and participate in team meetings.

·          All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

·          High School diploma or equivalent required.

·          Working knowledge of real estate title

·          Proven customer service skills.

·          Must be able to use and have basic computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products.

·          Must be able to multi-task.

·          Must be capable of meeting daily production goals with a high level of accuracy.
