Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have. </div> </div> </div> </div> </div></div>Logistics Analyst  The Logistics Analyst will be a key member of the Operations and Inventory Planning team at Redwood Materials. This person will be responsible for the transportation of raw materials, finished goods, and other material, ensuring internal stakeholders and customer requirements are met.  The Logistics Analyst will plan and optimize within a growing logistics network, including international and hazardous material shipments. Responsibilities Will Include: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure reliability, integrity and accuracy of data</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Undertake detailed and thorough logistics analysis and identify opportunities to aid efficiency and cost optimization through evaluation of data</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure analysis is in line with business goals and targets</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Create statistical and financial models and use appropriate software to review opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies in the logistics process</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Make recommendations based on findings and analysis</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Produce forecasts and estimates to aid financially sound decisions and cash flow planning</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure logistics costs are monitored, managed and under control</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with stakeholders to determine effective solutions, participate in regular planning reviews and change processes and prepare data in line with changes</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Set up and provide regular reports and data relating to specific areas of the logistics process such as supplier analysis, transportation costs</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Track logistics trends and use information to recommend changes</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Utilize knowledge and research methods to benchmark logistics activities and to drive best practice results</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Work with Logistics and other appropriate staff to resolve issues</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide additional analytical support as required</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Report on key performance indicators</li> </ul> Desired Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">3 years of experience in data analytics, or supply chain optimization</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in computer databases, statistic applications and logistics programs</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Tableau, and ERP systems</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with supply chain processes</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders</li> </ul> Physical Requirements: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Occasional bending, stooping, crouching, and kneeling to inspect vehicles. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Visual and auditory acuity to operate office and diagnostic equipment and communicate effectively. </li> </ul> Working Conditions: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Office Environment</li> </ul>    <div class="content-conclusion">The position is full-time.
