We are hiring a Logistics Analyst II to enhance supply chain operations for the Brazil infrastructure team. This role oversees critical order workflows, resolves shipping disputes, and coordinates with global teams, vendors, 3PL partners, and customs authorities. Responsibilities include improving fulfillment speed, ensuring operational compliance, and thoroughly understanding regional trade regulations.
As a Logistics Analyst II, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the complete high-impact order lifecycle strategy for critical infrastructure deployment in Brazil.
- Spearheading the resolution of major customs clearance holds, international freight disruptions, and regulatory bottlenecks.
- Driving full oversight of the Nota Fiscal Eletrnica (NF-e) architecture, auditing XML formatting and tax calculations.
- Leading direct communication with local customs brokers, 3PL partners, and governmental platforms like SISCOMEX and DUIMP.
- Auditing and reporting on complex vendor performance metrics, delivery accuracy, and contractual SLAs.
- Building automated data reporting frameworks in queues to optimize cross-border fulfillment speeds and logistics costs.
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 5+ years of relevant experience in international trade operations and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Hold proven experience managing complex end-to-end logistics execution specifically inside the Brazilian market.
- Possess deep expertise in global freight processes, specialized customs clearance, and complex Incoterms execution.
- Master Brazilian import/export regulations, corporate fiscal procedures, and tax frameworks, including ICMS, IPI, and PIS/COFINS.
- Have expert Excel, Power BI, or analytical skills to build automated supply chain optimization models.
- Maintain advanced proficiency in enterprise tracking tools (ERP, WMS) and localized trade compliance platforms.
- Show exceptional communication skills in Portuguese, with solid intermediate English proficiency to effectively engage in international networks.
