Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field</li> </ul> <p>2. Experience:</p> <ul> <li>2-5 years of experience in transportation gained from the service industry (freight forwarder, shipping line, transportation), distribution center, or manufacturing</li> <li>Preferably with hands-on experience with control tower platforms</li> <li>Familiarity with global shipping (Air, Ocean, Parcel, Road)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Macro)</li> <li>Experience with global transportation in transport operations or functions and an understanding of transportation modes (air, ocean, road, parcel)</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple regions and time zones</li> <li>Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, global environment</li> <li>Ability to work independently and proactively manage transportation processes and issues</li> <li>Preferably with SAP knowledge or any related ERP System/Application</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><p>Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork</div></div></div></div>
